Terms of use

Effective: November 2026

1. Who provides the service

These terms govern the use of Reeliza (app.reeliza.com), a service of Nestor Segura, Heidmühlenweg 54, 25336 Elmshorn, Germany (contact@nestorsegura.com). By creating an account you accept them.

2. What Reeliza is

Reeliza is a tool to plan, write, publish and measure Instagram content. It analyses reference accounts you choose, suggests ideas and scripts with AI, organises your calendar and shows your account metrics through Meta's official API. The features available at any time are the ones you see in the app. Some, such as direct publishing and automatic replies, are being added in phases.

Reeliza helps you work with a method, but it does not guarantee specific results in reach, followers or sales.

3. Access and account

During the beta, access is by invitation. You must be at least 18 and, for metrics and publishing, have a professional Instagram account (Business or Creator). You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for telling me if you suspect misuse.

4. Price and payment

The subscription costs 49.99 USD per month, plus any taxes that apply in your country. It is paid monthly in advance through Stripe. If Reeliza is included in your VIP membership of the "Automatiza tus procesos" community, you pay nothing extra while that membership is active.

If the price changes, I will email you at least 30 days in advance. The new price applies from the next period, and you can cancel before then if you disagree.

5. Term and cancellation

The subscription is monthly and renews automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account, effective at the end of the paid period. There is no minimum term.

I can end the contract with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you seriously breach these terms, for example through use that puts the service or other people at risk.

6. Right of withdrawal for consumers

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of signing up, without giving a reason. A clear statement is enough, for example an email to contact@nestorsegura.com. I refund your payment within 14 days at the latest, using the same payment method.

If you ask for the service to start during the withdrawal period and then withdraw, you pay for the share of the service already provided.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use Reeliza lawfully and in line with Meta's and Instagram's terms. In particular, you may not:

• send spam or automated messages to people who have not interacted with you;
• collect emails or other data from your contacts without the information and, where needed, the consent the law requires;
• publish content that infringes third-party rights, including copyright in reference videos;
• try to access other users' data or overload the service.

Reeliza stores patterns and templates from reference videos, never their sentences, and discards any suggestion that repeats six consecutive words from a video.

8. Your content and AI output

What you create in Reeliza belongs to you. You give me the permission needed to store and process it for the sole purpose of providing the service. AI suggestions are drafts: review them before you publish. What you publish is your responsibility.

9. Plan limits

The plan includes up to 15 active reference channels and 60 video analyses per month. If usage clearly exceeds normal levels and affects the service, I will contact you before limiting it.

10. Availability

I work to keep Reeliza available and working well, but I do not guarantee uninterrupted service. There may be maintenance, especially during the beta. Some features depend on third-party services, such as Meta's API, which may change or become unavailable.

11. Liability

I am liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where German product liability law requires it. For slight negligence I am liable only if I breach an essential contractual obligation, and then limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded.

12. Data protection and processing on your behalf

I process your data as described in the privacy policy. If you use Reeliza to process personal data of others, such as your funnel contacts' emails, you are the controller and I act as your processor under Art. 28 GDPR: I process that data only on your instructions and to provide the service, with appropriate security measures and with the sub-processors listed in the privacy policy. 13. Changes to these terms

If I change these terms, I will email you at least 30 days before the changes take effect. If you disagree, you can cancel before that date.

14. Governing law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. If you contract as a business, the place of jurisdiction is the provider's place of business.

I am neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
